What is Bloom?
Bloom is a 6-week workshop that promotes conscious growth and healing by integrating spirituality into everyday life (like relationships, career, parenting and more). The workshop consists of 6 group meetings, 2 one-on-one sessions with the facilitator, and at-home study, all aimed at cultivating a deeper connection to your Higher Self—the source of all lasting fulfillment.

East meets West
Bloom is rooted in some of the world’s most important spiritual and psychological teachings, including A Course in Miracles, the Bhagavad Gītā, the works of Carl Jung, Vedānta, the Patañjali Yoga Sūtra and others. Bloom has the specific goal of going beyond understanding by applying this wisdom in day-to-day life, like romantic relationships, career and finances, parenting, behavior change and habits, family, and more. And, in doing so, experiencing the Love, peace, resilience, intimacy, meaning, contentment and wholeness that we all crave.

Timing
Bloom meets both in person and online on Tuesday evenings from 7 - 9pm (Eastern) on the following dates

Session 1 - Sept. 12th 2023
Session 2 - Sept. 19th 2023
Session 3 - Sept. 26th 2023
Session 4 - Oct. 3rd 2023
Session 5 - Oct. 10th 2023
Session 6 - Oct. 17th 2023

Registration in Bloom also includes two one-on-one sessions, additional material and out-of-session exercises.

All sessions will be held in person (at a beautiful spiritual retreat home located in Brickell South) as well as live online. All of the meetings will also be recorded and available for viewing outside of the live sessions.

How did Bloom originate?
In my late twenties I had an experience that forever changed me. That experience was also what guided me to leave my career and move to India, where I lived in an ashram and served my spiritual master for 10 years. The experience was an awakening—a glimpse of my true nature as Love and a lasting awareness of my inseparable connection to my Higher Self.

The Bhagavad Gītā, or the Lord’s Song, is one of (if not) the greatest spiritual works in Sanskrit that Mother India has provided to humanity and an essential study for any seeker of Truth. Praised and studied by humanitarian leaders and great thinkers of the 20th century, including Mahatma Gandhi and Henry David Thoreau, the Gītā’s teachings are timeless and universal, relevant to all of humanity, despite being at 2,000 years old.

In this study of the Bhagavad Gītā, we will cover all 18 Chapters of the text over the course of 8 meetings. Our focus will be on understanding as well as real-life integration of the way of living that the Gītā suggests. We will also look at the Gītā from a few different perspectives and the different interpretations that Saints and philosophers have given to its 700 versus.

All meetings will be online via zoom. Session will also be recorded and made available for viewing after the live class. Meetings will be Mondays and Thursdays in the evening for about 75min at 7:30pm (Eastern) on the following dates:

Join us this July for what promises to be an insightful and awakening study of one of humanity‘s most profound spiritual teachings. 

In 1970, Helen Schucman received what she later described as blocks of thought, the dictation of an Inner voice that she knew she had previously agreed to receive and commit to writing down. With the help of a couple trusted colleagues, A Course in Miracles came through Helen over a period of seven years. Many (myself included) consider the Course to be one of humanity’s greatest teachings for awakening by transcending fear, guilt and the limitations of the ego.

While Christian in context, the teachings of the Course touch every human heart, transcending culture, social status, etc. Meetings are scheduled as follows:
